Pamela Elaine Pinegar, 64, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 9:50 P.M. March 9, 2018 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was born April 16, 1953 in Jefferson County, Illinois to Robert and Marie (Short) Stewart. She married Jim Pinegar on November 7, 1979 in Madisonville, Kentucky and he survives in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
In addition to her husband, Pamela is survived by her two sons, Brian Stewart and fiancée, Ginger Thomas of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Gary Shelton and wife Kelly of Mount Vernon, Illinois; daughter, Angela Smith of Mount Vernon, Illinois; two stepsons, Jeremy Pinegar and fiancée, Tanya Bean of Ina, Illinois and Jimmie Pinegar and fiancée, Kim Sheparo of Murphysboro, Tennessee; stepdaughter, Tanya Nance and husband, Bill of Madisonville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Trent Thompson and wife, Kay Lynn, Brittnay Thompson and fiancé, Jeff Leffler, Derek Thompson, Alex Vest, and Amber Nance; and great grandchildren, Eva, T.J., Maci, J.J., Audrey, Addilynn, Rapheal, and Elijah.
Mrs. Pinegar was preceded in death by her parents.
Pamela worked as an abstract associate for Kent Renshaw and Associates in Mount Vernon and attended Dahlgren Baptist Church. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
