James A. Singler, 67, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 8:35 P.M. March 4, 2018 at his place of residence. He was born July 23, 1950 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Emil and Peggy Singler.
James is survived by his son, Dustin Singler and fiancé, Kristi Waller of Mount Vernon, Illinois; daughter, Dianna Westbrook and husband, Mac Westbrook of Knoxville, Tennessee; two sisters, Janet Walker and husband, John of Arnold, Missouri, and Cindy Taylor of Hobe Sound, Florida; former spouse, Brenda Singler of Mount Vernon, Illinois; two nephews, Matthew Walker and Fiancé Megan Russell of Saint Louis, Missouri, and Michael Walker of Saint Louis, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emil and Peggy Singler.
James was an electrician and was part of the IBEW Local #1. He loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
