Earl "Larry" Ullery, 61, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at May 25, 2019 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born November 29, 1957 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to the late Earl Lawrence Ullery, Sr. and Velma Marie Austin.
Larry is survived by his friend and companion, Renee Anderson of Mount Vernon, Illinois; two sons, Jason Ullery and wife, Candice of Salem, Illinois and Jayce Ullery of Mount Vernon, Illinois; three daughters, Audrey Wilkins and husband, Chad of Salem, Illinois, Jessie Ullery and companion, Brett of Chicago, Illinois, and Sarah Ullery of Chicago, Illinois; twelve grandchildren; two brothers, Joe Ullery and wife, Kelli of Texico, Illinois and Billy Ullery and wife, Corrine of Mount Vernon, Illinios; three sisters, Diann Ullery of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Phyllis Bechtel and husband, Ky of Mount Vernon, Illinois, and Suzann Kellerman of Breeze, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Larry first worked as a truck driver. Later in life he worked as a handyman until retirement. Larry will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Per Larry’s request, a Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Panther Fork Cemetery in Texico, Illinois with Deacon Kenny Adams officiating. Immediately following, there will be a Celebration of Life Service at the home of Phyllis Bechtel. Memorials may be made to the the Ullery Family, in care of Phyllis Bechtel.
