After Charles married Clara, they moved to Mount Vernon to live where Charles worked in farming, before working at Vernois Stove Foundry for 17 years. Later Charles worked for Thomas Weinberg M.D. for 17 years tending to his Arabian show horses and farm. Charles enjoyed working outside and could build anything without a pattern or diagram. He loved his family very much, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He battled lymphoma for a brief time, but he fought hard in the time that he had; it was a true characteristic of who he was. He will be missed by all that loved him.
A private family service will be held.
